Fecal Occult Blood FOB Home Test - JoyTest - 1 pc

Premium home diagnostic test under the JoyTest brand, developed based on long-term expertise. A rapid immunochromatographic test for self-testing that qualitatively detects human occult blood in stool at levels of 50 ng/ml (6 μg/g) or higher. Result in 5 minutes, with no dietary restrictions required.

Short testing procedure

1) Collect a stool sample using a stool catcher.
2) Insert the sample collector into the stool sample at at least 3 different points, then return it to the tube with buffer and shake vigorously.
3) Open the foil pouch and use the test cassette immediately.
4) Break off the tip of the sample tube and apply 2 drops (approx. 80 µl) of extracted sample into the sample well.
5) Read the result after 5 minutes. Do not interpret after 10 minutes.

Result interpretation

• Positive: Two lines (C + T). Any visible shade in the T-line area is considered positive.
• Negative: One line (C only).
• Invalid: No control line (C). Repeat the test with a new cassette.

Performance

Detects occult blood in stool at 50 ng/ml (6 μg/g) or higher.
Clinical evaluation (n = 464 samples): Overall accuracy 99.1 % compared to another commercial FOB test.
