    Personal Data Protection

    I. Basic Provisions

    The data controller in accordance with Article 4(7) of the GDPR is Czech Original Products s.r.o., Company ID: 08595771, with its registered office at Koulova 1594/6, Dejvice, 160 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic.

    II. Sources and Categories of Processed Data

    The controller processes data provided by you or data obtained based on your order. This includes identification and contact details necessary for contract performance.

    III. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

    Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

    • Contract performance under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
    • Legitimate interest of the controller in direct marketing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
    • Consent for marketing purposes under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., if no order has been made.

    The purpose of processing is order fulfillment and marketing activities. No automated decision-making takes place without your consent.

    IV. Data Retention Period

    Personal data is retained:

    • For 15 years after the end of the contractual relationship,
    • Or until consent is withdrawn, for a maximum of 10 years.

    After this period, the data will be securely deleted.

    V. Data Recipients

    Data recipients may include:

    • Entities providing delivery services, payment processing, and e-shop operations (e.g., Shoptet),
    • Marketing agencies and providers of mailing or cloud services.

    Data may be transferred outside the EU – exclusively to contractually bound parties.

    You have the right to:

    • Access your data (Art. 15),
    • Rectification (Art. 16), Erasure (Art. 17), Restriction of processing (Art. 18),
    • Object to processing (Art. 21),
    • Data portability (Art. 20),
    • Withdraw consent – in writing or via email to the controller.

    In case of concerns about data processing compliance, contact the Data Protection Authority.

    VII. Data Security

    The controller declares that appropriate technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect personal data – including the security of both physical and digital storage. Only authorized persons have access to the data.

    VIII. Final Provisions

    By giving your consent through the online form, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these terms.

    The controller reserves the right to modify these terms. The current version will always be available on the website and may be sent to your email.

    These terms are effective from May 30, 2025.
