Test Procedure

1. Collect a throat swab using a sterile swab.
2. Insert the swab into the tube with reagents and mix.
3. Add 3 drops of the solution to the test cassette.
4. Read the result after 10 minutes.

Result Interpretation

• Positive: Two red lines (C and T) – Streptococcus pyogenes detected.
• Negative: One red line (C) – no antigen detected.
• Invalid: No line or only test line – repeat the test with a new set.
