4in1 Urine Drug Test - JoyTest - 1 pc
JOYTEST 4in1 is a clear and easy-to-use home urine test that helps quickly screen for the presence of 4 commonly monitored substances and their metabolites: marijuana, kratom, alcohol metabolite and nicotine metabolite. It is suitable for situations where you need basic information in a simple, discreet way and without complicated equipment.
The test can be used, for example, for home preventive checks, suspected substance use, abstinence monitoring, family settings, personal control or wherever a quick screening result is needed. The result is qualitative – it shows whether the substance or its metabolite is likely to be present above the test cut-off level.
Why choose a urine test? Urine is one of the most commonly used sample types for screening because many substances can be detected through their metabolites for some time after use. While saliva tests are generally more suitable for detecting very recent use, a urine test helps provide a broader screening window, usually from hours to days after use. The exact detection time always depends on the type of substance, amount used, frequency of use, metabolism, fluid intake, urine pH and other individual factors.
With this 4in1 test, the advantage of urine testing is especially practical: marijuana and kratom are monitored through their metabolites, alcohol use is monitored through ethyl glucuronide (ETG), which may indicate previous alcohol consumption even when alcohol itself may no longer be easy to detect, and nicotine exposure is monitored through cotinine (COT), the main nicotine metabolite.
📄 Instructions for use | 📑 GPSR Declaration of Conformity
Tested substances: THC (marijuana), KRA (kratom), ETG (alcohol metabolite / ethyl glucuronide), COT (nicotine metabolite / cotinine)
Sample type: human urine
Short procedure: Remove the test from the pouch, take off the cap and immerse the absorbent part of the test in the urine sample for approximately 10–15 seconds. Make sure the urine level does not exceed the marked maximum level. Then remove the test, replace the cap and place it on a flat, non-absorbent surface. Read the result between 5 and 10 minutes. Do not read the result after 10 minutes.
Overview of tested substances and cut-off levels
| Substance | Abbreviation | What the test monitors | Cut-off level |
|---|---|---|---|
| Marijuana | THC | THC metabolite in urine | 50 ng/ml |
| Kratom | KRA | mitragynine, the main monitored kratom compound | 300 ng/ml |
| Alcohol metabolite | ETG | ethyl glucuronide, an alcohol metabolite | 300 ng/ml |
| Nicotine metabolite | COT | cotinine, the main nicotine metabolite | 200 ng/ml |
Short explanation of the substances
- Marijuana / THC – the test monitors a THC metabolite in urine. It may remain detectable for a longer time after cannabis use, depending on the amount, frequency of use and individual metabolism.
- Kratom / KRA – the test monitors mitragynine, one of the main compounds found in the kratom plant. Kratom may have stimulating or sedative effects depending on the amount and individual response.
- Alcohol metabolite / ETG – ethyl glucuronide is an alcohol metabolite. ETG testing is used as a screening indicator of previous alcohol consumption, not as a measurement of current alcohol level in breath or blood.
- Nicotine metabolite / COT – cotinine is the main nicotine metabolite. It may indicate nicotine exposure, for example after smoking, vaping, nicotine pouch use or another form of nicotine intake.
How to read the result
Negative result: A control line C appears and a test line T also appears for the given substance. Even a very faint T line is interpreted as a negative result.
Positive result: A control line C appears, but the test line T for the given substance does not appear. This means the test has screened for the presence of the substance or its metabolite above the cut-off level.
Invalid result: If the control line C does not appear, the test cannot be interpreted. In this case, a new test must be used.
Good to know
The test provides quick screening information. It does not determine the exact amount of a substance, exact time of use, level of impairment or method of use. The result may be affected by factors such as the amount used, frequency of use, metabolism, fluid intake, urine pH and individual differences between people.
For ETG, it is important to know that a positive result indicates the presence of an alcohol metabolite in urine. It does not automatically mean current intoxication or a specific blood alcohol level. For COT, a positive result indicates the presence of cotinine, a nicotine metabolite, not the exact amount of nicotine taken.
If the result is important for official, employment-related, school-related or legal purposes, it should be verified by a specialized laboratory method.
