Product detailed description
KRATOM Saliva and Urine Test - JoyTest - 1+1 pcs
JOYTEST kratom is a practical duo pack of two screening tests for kratom – one test is intended for a saliva sample and the other for a urine sample. This gives you two screening options depending on the situation: a quick and convenient saliva test, together with a urine test that may provide a broader screening overview for a longer period after possible use.
The test is suitable for home preventive checks, personal control, family settings or situations where you need quick basic information about possible kratom use. The result is qualitative – it shows whether the monitored substance is likely to be present above the test cut-off level.
Why combine saliva and urine? Each sample type has a different practical advantage. The saliva test is simple, fast and comfortable – it does not require urine collection, a cup or handling of a liquid sample. It is especially useful when you want quick screening for possible recent use. The urine test, on the other hand, is useful when you want a broader screening overview, because many substances or their metabolites can be monitored in urine from hours to days after use.
In practical terms: if you need a quick “here and now” check, the saliva test makes sense. If you want to screen for possible use with some time delay, the urine test is useful. The exact detection time always depends on the amount used, frequency of use, metabolism, fluid intake, sample quality and other individual factors.

What is kratom
Kratom is a plant native to Southeast Asia. The most commonly monitored compound is mitragynine. The effects of kratom may vary depending on the amount and individual response – in some people it may feel more stimulating, while in others it may have a more sedative effect. This is why a quick screening option can be useful in situations where a basic overview is needed.
Difference between saliva and urine testing
| Test type | When it is useful | Main advantage |
|---|---|---|
| Saliva test | when quick screening for possible recent use is needed | comfortable collection without urine, no cup and no sample handling |
| Urine test | when a broader screening check after possible use is needed | may detect the monitored substance or related metabolites from hours to days after use |
Overview of tested substance and cut-off levels
| Substance | Abbreviation | What the test monitors | Cut-off level |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kratom from saliva | KRA | mitragynine in saliva | 100 ng/ml |
| Kratom from urine | KRA | mitragynine / related metabolites in urine | 300 ng/ml |
Short procedure – saliva test
Do not eat, drink, chew gum, use tobacco or nicotine products, or rinse your mouth for at least 10 minutes before the test. Remove the test from the pouch, take off the cap and place the absorbent part of the test in the mouth. Keep it in the mouth until saliva starts moving through the test strip. Then place the test on a flat surface and read the result between 5 and 10 minutes.
Short procedure – urine test
Remove the test from the pouch, take off the cap and immerse the absorbent part of the test in the urine sample for approximately 10–15 seconds. Make sure the urine level does not exceed the marked maximum level. Then remove the test, replace the cap and place it on a flat, non-absorbent surface. Read the result between 5 and 10 minutes.
How to read the result
Negative result: A control line C appears and a test line T also appears. Even a very faint T line is interpreted as a negative result.
Positive result: A control line C appears, but the test line T does not appear. This means the test has screened for the monitored substance above the cut-off level.
Invalid result: If the control line C does not appear, the test cannot be interpreted. In this case, a new test must be used.
Good to know
The test provides quick screening information. It does not determine the exact amount of a substance, exact time of use, level of impairment or method of use. The result may be affected by factors such as the amount used, frequency of use, metabolism, sample quality, fluid intake and individual differences between people.
A negative result does not rule out that the substance was used – it may be below the test cut-off level or outside the appropriate detection window. If the result is important for official, employment-related, school-related or legal purposes, it should be verified by a specialized laboratory method.
