Product detailed description

8in1 Saliva Drug Test - JoyTest - 1 pc

JOYTEST 8in1 is a clear and easy-to-use home saliva test that helps quickly screen for the presence of 8 commonly monitored substances. It is suitable for situations where you need basic information in a simple, discreet way and without urine collection or complicated equipment.

The test can be used, for example, for home preventive checks, suspected recent substance use, family settings, personal control or wherever a quick screening result is needed. The result is qualitative – it shows whether the substance is likely to be present above the test cut-off level.

Why choose a saliva test? A saliva test is especially useful when you need quick screening information about possible recent use. Sample collection is simple, non-invasive and more comfortable than urine collection – no cup, sample handling or additional tools are required. Simply place the absorbent part of the test in the mouth and allow it to absorb enough saliva.

Compared with a urine test, a saliva test is often more practical for quick “here and now” checks. Urine is generally better for a broader screening window from hours to days after use, while saliva is more often used when the aim is to get a simple overview of recent contact with a substance. The exact detection time always depends on the substance type, amount used, frequency of use, metabolism, oral hygiene, fluid intake and other individual factors.

With this 8in1 test, saliva collection is practical because one test can monitor a broad group of commonly discussed substances – from marijuana and stimulants to opiates, benzodiazepines and ketamine.

📄 Instructions for use  |  📑 GPSR Declaration of Conformity

Tested substances: THC (marijuana), MET (methamphetamine), AMP (amphetamine), COC (cocaine), MDMA (ecstasy), MOP (opiates/morphine), BZO (benzodiazepines), KET (ketamine)

Sample type: human saliva

Before testing: Do not eat, drink, chew gum, use tobacco or nicotine products, drink water or rinse your mouth for at least 10 minutes before the test. Prepare the test, a timer and a clean place for result interpretation.

Short procedure: Remove the test from the pouch, take off the cap and place the absorbent part of the test in the mouth. Keep it in the mouth until saliva starts moving through the marked test strip area. Then remove the test and place it on a flat surface. Read the result between 5 and 10 minutes. Do not read the result after 10 minutes.

Overview of tested substances and cut-off levels

Substance Abbreviation What the test monitors Cut-off level
Marijuana THC substance/metabolite related to marijuana use in saliva 15 ng/ml
Methamphetamine MET methamphetamine 50 ng/ml
Amphetamine AMP amphetamine-type stimulants 50 ng/ml
Cocaine COC benzoylecgonine, the main cocaine metabolite 50 ng/ml
Ecstasy MDMA MDMA 50 ng/ml
Opiates / morphine MOP morphine as an opiate marker 50 ng/ml
Benzodiazepines BZO oxazepam as a benzodiazepine marker 50 ng/ml
Ketamine KET ketamine 50 ng/ml

Short explanation of the substances

  • Marijuana / THC – the test screens for a substance or metabolite related to cannabis use in saliva. A saliva test is especially useful for quick screening when recent use is suspected.
  • Methamphetamine / MET – a strong stimulant substance that may affect behaviour, attention, sleep and decision-making.
  • Amphetamine / AMP – amphetamine-type stimulants may affect alertness, energy, concentration and psychomotor performance.
  • Cocaine / COC – cocaine is a stimulant substance. The test mainly monitors its related metabolite, which may be detectable in saliva after use.
  • Ecstasy / MDMA – MDMA is a psychoactive substance with stimulant effects. It may affect mood, perception, heart function, body temperature, attention and sleep.
  • Opiates / MOP – the test monitors morphine as an opiate marker. Opiates may have sedative effects and affect reactions, coordination and pain perception.
  • Benzodiazepines / BZO – a group of substances used, for example, for calming or sleep problems. They may affect attention, reactions, coordination and muscle tone.
  • Ketamine / KET – a substance with sedative and dissociative effects that may affect perception, coordination, behaviour and decision-making.

How to read the result

Negative result: A control line C appears and a test line T also appears for the given substance. Even a very faint T line is interpreted as a negative result.

Positive result: A control line C appears, but the test line T for the given substance does not appear. This means the test has screened for the presence of the substance above the cut-off level.

Invalid result: If the control line C does not appear, the test cannot be interpreted. In this case, a new test must be used.

Good to know

The test provides quick screening information. It does not determine the exact amount of a substance, exact time of use, level of impairment or method of use. The result may be affected by factors such as the amount used, frequency of use, metabolism, saliva sample quality, oral hygiene, fluid intake and individual differences between people.

A negative result does not rule out that the substance was used – it may be below the test cut-off level or outside the appropriate detection window. If the result is important for official, employment-related, school-related or legal purposes, it should be verified by a specialized laboratory method.
